Event Guidelines

To ensure a fun and safe experience for all, please review our key event policies:

Environment Requirements

Indoor or shaded outdoor venue with temps between 60–85°F (per USDA guidelines)
No rain or weather extremes during outdoor events
Adequate ventilation or cooling systems required if outdoors

Health & Cleanliness

Special Pals sanitizes all toys, kennels, and high-touch items between visits
Our staff brings hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies
We ask guests to follow basic health screening protocols before the event

Important Notices

Allergies:
Special Pals is not responsible for allergic reactions. You are responsible for ensuring that all guests are cleared to handle animals.

Trip/Fall Hazards:
Guests participate at their own risk. We are not liable for falls or other injuries that may occur during puppy interaction.

Animal Safety:
You are responsible for the safety of all animals during your session. If a puppy is injured at your event, you will be billed for related veterinary services.
