About Wild Tunes
Wild Tunes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to soothing shelter animals through live music. It was founded in 2023 by Yuvi Agarwal, an animal lover and musician, at the tender age of 10.
Wild Tunes’ goal is to enrich the lives of homeless animals by encouraging volunteers to routinely play musical instruments or sing at participating shelters to help reduce pets’ anxiety, making them more prepared for fostering and adoption. We welcome musicians of all ages and abilities to participate, including professionals who give back to the community through our Stars for Paws program. Today, more than 300 volunteers are helping to calm homeless pets in Texas, California, Colorado, New Jersey, and Virginia, with additional launches planned in late 2025.
